The USNTC Bainbridge Association’s 19th Anniversary Reunion will be 28 Sep 17 through 1 Oct 17 in Wilmington, NC.

Reunion events and activities will focus on leaving a Bainbridge Legacy and celebrating our 19th Anniversary.

Wilmington Holiday Inn Hotel is our reunion site and is located on Market Street, BUS US 17, going east from historic Cape River and downtown Wilmington with easy access to beaches.

This is an outstanding property where you will certainly enjoy your stay. The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with all the guest amenities to make your stay comfortable. Each room has; irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, microwave, refer, High speed internet access, phones w/ voice-mail, video games and Cable TV with pay-per-view movies as additional comforts. There is a 24 hour fitness center and a heated indoor pool. An ATM is in the lobby.

Rooms are offered in King or 2 Queen beds at the special rate of $119.00 per night. Fully handicap rooms are available and, if needed, please request these needs when you reserve your room. The Erlanger Holiday Inn has graciously allowed us an extended period for our special room rate of $119.00 per night from 24 September through 4 October 2017. This gives reunion attendees extra time to enjoy the surrounding area or to just relax.

Market Street Grill Restaurant and Lounge offers friendly service, food and refreshing beverages with table and lounge seating. Our Reunion group is being offered a free beverage chit each evening in the lounge.

Hotel Reservations: Reunion attendees must make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel’s registration office by calling the listed number in the left column heading. Specify that your reservation is for USNTC Bainbridge Association to receive our special room rate of $119.00 per night. There are local and state taxes added at 13% per night. Our booking code is: USN.

Reserve your Room Now !!! Your reservation will require a deposit equaling one night’s room charge on a valid credit card number. Charges will be applied to your card only at the time you check in or you fail to check in and fail to cancel your reservation on time. Reservations must be made no later than 28 August 2017.

Reservations will be held only until your scheduled check in time, not for the entire length of your stay. If you fail to check in as scheduled, you cannot be guaranteed a sleeping room. Reservations must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival otherwise there will be a penalty fee of one nights room cost and tax will be applied to your credit card.

Guest Parking: Open parking is available surrounding the hotel at no cost. It is preferred that you ask at the desk where to park RV’s and motor homes. Shuttle Service: Complimentary round trip Airport Shuttle services are available to and from the Holiday Inn . Please notify Holiday Inn of your arrival and departure times.

Airlines: Most major Airlines service the Wilmington Area. Car rentals are available. REUNION 2017
The USNTC Bainbridge Association’s 19th reunion will be 28 Sep 17 through 1 Oct 17. Association members and others who are eligible for Association membership may attend the reunion with up to two guests. Persons eligible for membership are:
• Members of the U.S. Armed Forces who served at Bainbridge while it was Navy property, and…
• Spouses and children of these U.S. Armed Forces members, and…
• Civilian employees of organizations located on USNTC Bainbridge property while it was in commission.

We MUST receive an individual registration form from each member or person eligible for membership who attends the reunion. PROOF OF REGISTRATION: Please keep a copy of your reunion registration form and, on it record the date and amount and number of your check or money order payment. Bring this copy with you in case there is any confusion about your registration when you arrive to check in. Please, also carry your membership card if you have one.

We will try to accommodate late reunion registrations but attendance at reunion events will be on a space available basis. Attendees, who arrive after the reunion has begun, must pay full registration fee.


The Reunion Package Fee covers the cost of your official name badge, tote, souvenir program book, certain reunion memorabilia, use of the “Coffee Mess”, and attendance at all events sponsored by the Reunion. The a la carte Reunion Fees are for those who are unable to attend the full reunion and it’s activities. The a la carte fees cover a selected day of activities and are not eligible for the tote or certain reunion memorabilia, however will be given an official name badge and souvenir program book.

Your reunion fee covers the price of one copy of the Reunion 2017 Souvenir Program Book. Additional copies will be on sale for a nominal cost. The book will publish the names of PATRONS and MEMORIAMS you submit with the stated minimum contribution, whether or not you attend the reunion. The deadline for listings is 28 August 2017. (You may include them on or with your reunion registration form.)

To be listed in the Program Book as a PATRON, please donate $20.00 or more for each name you submit.

Remember ships, units, shipmates, family, and friends. To list names in the Program Book under IN MEMORIAM please donate $10.00 for each name you submit.

For the past several years the Mini reunions have been combined with the Medical reunion dinner. At the 2006 reunion we combined the group and called it the Bainbridge Alumni Mini-reunion Muster and it was an instant success. We are again holding a Bainbridge Alumni Reunion Muster dinner on Friday Evening in one of the local restaurants and all are invited. The meal is your menu choice and expense.
