The USNTC Bainbridge Association’s 24th Anniversary Reunion will be 13 Oct 22 through 16 Oct 22 in
Aberdeen, MD.
Reunion events and activities will focus on leaving a Bainbridge Legacy and celebrating our 24th
Anniversary.

You can book extra nights for the reunion rate of $0.00 plus tax per night.
Hotel Reservations: Reunion attendees must make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel’s
registration office by calling TBD. Specify that your reservation is for USNTC Bainbridge
Association to receive our special room rate.
Reservations will be held only until your scheduled check in time, not for the entire length
of your stay. If you fail to check in as scheduled, you cannot be guaranteed a sleeping room. If you
have not canceled your reservation and have not checked in by 6:00PM on the first day of your
reservation, the charge for your first night’s stay will be applied to your credit card.
REUNION 2022
The USNTC Bainbridge Association’s 24th reunion will be 13 Oct 22 through 16 Oct 22.
Association members and others who are eligible for Association membership may attend the reunion with up
to two guests. Persons eligible for membership are:
• Members of the U.S. Armed Forces who served at Bainbridge while it was Navy property, and…
• Spouses and children of these U.S. Armed Forces members, and…
• Civilian employees of organizations located on USNTC Bainbridge property while it was in commission.
REUNION REGISTRATION
We MUST receive an individual registration form from each member or person eligible for membership who
attends the reunion. PROOF OF REGISTRATION: Please keep a copy of your reunion registration form and,
on it record the date and amount and number of your check or money order payment. Bring this copy with
you in case there is any confusion about your registration when you arrive to check in. Please, also
carry your membership card if you have one.
WALK-IN REGISTRATION
We will try to accommodate late reunion registrations but attendance at reunion
events will be on a space available basis. Attendees, who arrive after the reunion has begun, must pay
full registration fee.

REUNION FEE
The Reunion Package Fee covers the cost of your official name badge, tote, souvenir program book,
certain reunion memorabilia, use of the “Coffee Mess”, and attendance at all events sponsored by the Reunion.
The a la carte Reunion Fees are for those who are unable to attend the full reunion and it’s activities. The
a la carte fees cover a selected day of activities and are not eligible for the tote or certain reunion memorabilia,
however will be given an official name badge and souvenir program book.
SOUVENIR PROGRAM BOOK
Your reunion fee covers the price of one copy of the Reunion 2022 Souvenir Program Book. Additional copies
will be on sale for a nominal cost. The book will publish the names of PATRONS and
MEMORIAMS you submit with the stated minimum contribution, whether or not you attend the reunion.
The deadline for listings is 13 Sep 2022. (You may include them on or with your reunion registration form.)
PATRONS
To be listed in the Program Book as a PATRON, please donate $20.00 or more for each name you submit.
IN MEMORIAM
Remember ships, units, shipmates, family, and friends. To list names in the Program Book
under IN MEMORIAM please donate $10.00 for each name you submit.
MINI – REUNIONS
For the past several years the Mini reunions have been combined with the Medical reunion dinner.
At the 2006 reunion we combined the group and called it the Bainbridge Alumni Mini-reunion Muster and it was
an instant success. We are again holding a Bainbridge Alumni Reunion Muster dinner on Friday Evening in
one of the local restaurants and all are invited. The meal is your menu choice and expense. More information and time
